All donors will be required to wear a mask on campus at all times. Covid-19 antibody testing will be available to any student who donates blood, as well as a Baskin-Robbins coupon and a free t-shirt! You must be 16 or older to donate, and over 155 pounds. If you are 16 years old, you MUST fill out the parent consent form and email them to me after you've filled them out. If you are 17 or older, you MUST weigh at least 110 pounds, and you do not need to fill out the form. All students donating blood MUST bring some form of identification to verify their birthday.
