Girls volleyball will be hosting tryouts for all CURRENT POLAHS students at the Boys and Girls club from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Due to the transition to online athletic packets, in order to tryout:

1. a VALID physical must be submitted or be on file with Mr. Martinez
2. GPA grade check from the 10 week Spring Report Card verified by Mr. Martinez

Physical forms are available at the front desk.

If you have submitted an athletic packet this school year, please email Mr. Martinez to ensure your physical is still valid in order to be added to the clearance list for tryouts.
